3 Popular Craft Beers at Adam’s

It may come as no surprise that some of our most popular craft beers are brewed right here in the DMV area. In particular, Dogfish Head is brewed in Milton, Delaware while the Flying Dog is brewed in Frederick, Maryland. And, while some of our popular craft beers are available year round, a handful are just here for a season, like Spaten Oktoberfest. So, with the fall season approaching, perhaps it’s time to think outside the box and try a new ale at Adam’s Edgewater.

Popular craft beers and ales

The Flying Dog Bloodline Blood Orange Ale is an intensely-hopped IPA brewed with blood orange peel and blood orange juice. The medium bodied American IPA pours hazy/orange and has aromas of grapefruit, blood orange, and citrus. Overall, Bloodline hits the perfect balance between citrus sweetness and bitterness. So, if you are skeptical about trying a fruity beer, this one may take you by surprise.

Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Spaten Oktoberfest

The beer of Munich’s famous Oktoberfest is aromatic, savory, and gold in color. You will notice aromas of corn, caramel, butter, and biscuits, as well as a uniquely bitter finishing taste.

  • Release date: fall months
